Pelvic obliquity
Bring your body back into balance!
Around two million Austrians suffer from back, head and tension pain, signs of wear and tear on joints, migraines, numb fingertips, tooth and jaw pain and even complex scoliosis (lateral curvature of the spine).
This can be caused by a functional pelvic obliquity. This is often caused by modern living conditions, such as one-sided activities or a lack of exercise. These weaken the postural muscles, resulting in poor posture and discomfort.
To analyze your posture precisely, we recommend a 3D back scan. This provides an accurate three-dimensional image of your spine and pelvis. This back scan is non-contact and completely radiation-free, making it ideal for pregnant women and children. The analysis is created in combination with an electronic foot pressure measurement (pedography), which uses over 4,000 sensors to provide precise information about the pressure load and distribution of your feet.
Structural pelvic obliquity
In the case of structural pelvic obliquity, leg length compensation is carried out on the shorter side, in the shoe in the form of an orthopaedically adapted insole, or on the shoe with a heel or shoe sole elevation.
Functional pelvic obliquity
This can be corrected with thin sensomotoric therapeutic insoles. Neuropads are placed under your feet at precisely defined points to simulate the optimum position. A change in your posture can be seen and felt immediately and the chances of success can be determined from the outset.
