What is the difference between SensoSoles and podological insoles?

Podological insoles work with low elements, up to approx. 4mm thick, and the focus of correction here is mainly on posture. SensoSoles, i.e. sensomotoric insoles, work with pressure points that are at least 4mm high or more, depending on the misalignment, and are specifically designed to improve foot and leg posture. It is also possible to combine both variants.
