In a consultation, we find out your problems and pain points and use simple exercises to analyze your body, paying particular attention to the leg axis, knee position and foot and leg misalignments.

The foot is scanned barefoot on a glass plate while standing using a 2D scanner in order to obtain information about the skin condition and the load-bearing surface of the foot. Furthermore, any misalignments and incorrect loading can be detected.

Body balance
Measuring the body balance determines the symmetry of the posture (the body is perpendicular). This can prevent one-sided joint strain and premature wear and tear in the long term. Body statics are also checked.

Dynamic pressure distribution measurement
Rolling behavior is analyzed while walking barefoot on a pressure measuring plate. The dynamic pressure distribution measurement controls the pressure distribution during movement. Any malpositions are identified and an analysis of the gait pattern is carried out.

Inner shoe measurement dancing
By inserting pressure measuring foils, very thin insoles with over 100 measuring sensors, pressure conditions can be precisely determined in the shoe during dancing. Any overloads or pressure peaks are determined and the pressure image is analyzed.

Movement exercises
If incorrect posture, misalignment or incorrect loading is detected, coordinated videos of movement exercises are provided to achieve an optimal result, preferably in combination with sensomotoric insoles.
Analysis
Creation / printing of the analysis
A folder is compiled containing printouts of all the analyses carried out, the recommended movement exercises and a brief description of sensomotoric exercises. We will be happy to send you all the videos by e-mail so that you can watch them again later or discuss them with a physiotherapist or doctor if necessary.

Dance shoe fitting
After the pressure peaks of the soles of the feet during dancing have been determined in women’s and/or men’s shoes, forefoot relief can be installed in women’s shoes via padding directly under the cover in order to reduce the respective pressure peaks and thus relieve the ball of the foot; in the case of severe malpositions, a built-in custom-made insole in the women’s dance shoe is also possible. For men’s shoes, a built-in or loose orthopaedic insole reduces pressure peaks and increases the stability of the foot during dancing. This means that nothing stands in the way of longer and, above all, pain-free dancing pleasure.
