The foot is scanned barefoot on a glass plate while standing using a 2D scanner in order to obtain information about the skin condition and the load-bearing surface of the foot. Furthermore, any misalignments and incorrect loading can be detected.

During the inner shoe measurement, you walk/run on the treadmill and are filmed simultaneously by two cameras, first from behind and then from the front and from the side. In this way, foot, knee and hip misalignments as well as other incorrect loads during movement can be determined later in super-slow mode.

The bike is clamped into a roller trainer and you are filmed simultaneously by three cameras while riding. This allows the knee and seat angle to be precisely determined and any pain or problems to be eliminated by changing the settings on the bike.

By inserting pressure measurement soles, thin insoles with over 100 pressure measurement points, pressure conditions can be precisely determined during walking/running/moving/cycling in the shoe, with or without insoles. Any misalignments are determined and an analysis of the gait pattern is carried out.

Saddle pressure measurement
Here, a pressure measurement foil with pressure measurement sensors is stretched over the bike saddle in order to measure all loads and pressure points while cycling and to be able to compare the results if the settings are changed. The collected pressure images can also serve as a basis for recommending other saddles.

The distance between the ischial tuberosities is of immense importance for cycling and is digitally recorded and calculated by our systems within seconds and is available for selecting the optimum saddle.

First, all existing bike settings such as seat height, seat angle and handlebar width are measured and put into protocol. After the video analysis and pressure measurements, the settings are changed/adjusted if necessary to avoid pain or improve performance. These settings are checked again with a video and a pressure measurement. If needed, the adjustments and measurements are repeated several times.

Posture analysis / back scan
The back is measured three-dimensionally within a few seconds and the result is displayed visually on the screen. Misalignments are immediately visible and receptors (small plates) are placed under the feet at precisely defined points, triggering the body’s own reflex in the muscles to restore the optimal position.

If incorrect posture, misalignment or incorrect loading is detected, coordinated videos of movement exercises are provided to achieve an optimal result, preferably in combination with sensomotoric insoles.

Results / Report of the analysis
All measurements, wheel settings, recommendations and all analyses, pressure measurements and videos (comparison start to finish) are digitized, including the report, as results and made available by email so that they can be viewed again later or discussed with physiotherapists or doctors if necessary.

Sensomotoric active soles exclusively activate the body’s own mechanisms, prevent the relapse into old movement patterns and are ideal for people with posture and spinal problems, knee and hip complaints, tension, headaches, Achilles tendon problems and ligament weakness. They are designed on a PC based on the results of the analysis and manufactured in our in-house CNC milling machine. They are then precisely fitted to your shoes.
