Insoles for muscle activation, for health athletes to professionals
Every type of movement is achieved by tensing and relaxing the muscles. The body uses special sensors, known as proprioceptors, to constantly monitor the state of muscle tension. We make use of this principle with our high-tech “SensoSoles” active sports soles.
In contrast to conventional orthopaedic insoles
, “SensoSoles” actively train muscles and control movement in a targeted manner.
The stimulation points, known as power spots, have been scientifically proven to improve overall motor skills. This leads to optimized movement and, as a result, to an increase in performance. Sensorimotor information is processed by the autonomic nervous system. The athlete can therefore concentrate fully on the essentials: His result, his goal.

Whether it’s numb fingertips, pain in the kneecaps or disc problems: our sensorimotor active soles not only treat the symptoms, but above all the causes. The insoles activate certain muscle groups which in turn influence your posture and movement sequences. Sports science studies confirm this: Optimizing movement leads to improved performance and less pain during sport. A change in posture can be seen and felt immediately and the chances of success can be determined from the outset.

SensoSoles
In addition to a digital foot scan, we use our sensory measurement methods to determine the customer’s complete body status. Software evaluates the results and we produce our SensoSoles directly in the Sportmotorik Center using our own milling machine.

ANALYSIS OF MOTOR SKILLS
After a foot scan and a complete body status assessment with the help of various movement exercises, different analyses are carried out depending on the type of sport. The spectrum ranges from balance pressure measurements and 3D back scans to video analyses and inner shoe pressure measurements during movement.

DETAILED DISCUSSION
At the end of the analysis, all the results are discussed with you. We go through all the points in detail and consider the next steps. Of course, you will also receive a printout of all the results to take home with you.
